Armoured and screened electric cable

Could anyone give me recommendations on where to buy and what cable I would need (Armoured and Screened?) to run a radial from fuse box to hifi room?

I'd visit an electrical wholesalers were I you James. CEF are good and have a branch in brum.

If it's a radial circuit, then ideally you need conductors of at least 4mm2 CSA.
