Looks like a big improvement on press times. I do wonder how good they will be and if they can do so many will mastering suffer

Mastering has always been an art. Even when record sales were at their peak there were plenty of bad cuts. I have several bootlegs that sound better than the real album.

Quality seems to be on the rise. I hope it keeps trending in that direction. The mass market not caring about quality may be the downfall if popularity keeps growing. The technology could end up making the process foolproof as well.

Let's hope it's better than eil's vinyl condition descriptions. Fortunately they are 5 minutes up the road from me and I could return the record in question.
