But better it is, what that function is, can be artistic in itself. A good example is the ESL57
A person not into hifi ( do they exist ? ) would perhaps see a heater and not a speaker as example
if walking past a ESL57 - and a pair, well might comment, ... my it is a cold day. :)

What price art? £43, apparently. Odd that I would think that was perfectly reasonable for a print of a human-created drawing or painting, but think it's a bit steep for a printout from a computer monitoring a bubble-chamber. I guess it's because I don't really see any real human input into creating those images as 'art'. CERN has literally billions of them sat on hard-disks ... perhaps they could fund their research by selling art? :idea:
