Valve Testers

I was wondering whether I should get a valve tester

This tester would need to test 300b's, 5687, 6SN7, 6X5 and the 5U4G valves as this is the complete compliment in my Meishu amp.. however I'd like it to also test the ECC83 and EL84's in my Oto

Is there such a machine that can accommodate all these valves?

I should also add that I have absolutely no idea how to operate any valve tester but I guess it can't be that difficult, can it ?

Any recommendations would be much appreciated..
