Hi Guys

Looking for 1 B&W TW26 tweeter (maybe even a pair) so I can recover my DM-14 speakers now that I'm finished with the cabinetry, can anyone help me, maybe someone has one of these stored in the attic? :rolleyes:

I think they are used in several models.

I recall having a pair of working B&W tweeters in the shed (pulled from DM10s) - look very much like the one's listed on eBay.

Will have a look in daylight and check the details and get back to you. Yours for the cost of postage if they are the ones (and I still have them).

Two B&W TW26SL 8 ohms - dated 13 November 1982, with original gaskets.
Looks like one has had a small repair to the wiring but otherwise in good nick.

Hi Al, I'll try to recover the diaphragm of 1 of my broken units. When I get this pair, if it happens that I do not need the 2nd unit I'll send it over to you.

On a side note, just be careful that the domes of the 1 version of the TW26 (metal plate) are made of a different material from the later TP26 & TZ26, with possibly a slightly off frequency response.

I just bagged a NEW TP 26 £30 :) on fleebay :D
