Hi guys ,
I have 3 metres of this cable and as I know very little about AV I thought I'd ask if this has any use/value ?
If not then what other uses would it have ?

regards

You can use it (2 runs?) as audio interconnect. The 75 ohm description is the characteristic impedance http://www.allaboutcircuits.com/textbook/alternating-current/chpt-14/characteristic-impedance/ of the cable, but this only applies at video and radio frequencies, it has virtually no bearing at audio frequencies.

75 OHMS is the right Impedance for Digital Cable (though the Plugs and Sockets often used by Manufacturers aren't 75 OHMS (but that's a whole other discussion!)) so you could make up some Digital Inter-connects.
