WTD Matched pair of NOS Mullard ecc88/e88cc/Jan6922 VALVES

New matched NOS pair would be great, but a used pair with a bit of life left would be considered. Other warm/lush, lucid sounding makes also considered, nothing too bright please.

I would like to try a pair in my cdp before I go to the considerable expense of importing some from the U S.

I think I was incredibly lucky in finding an extremely generous member with a slightly used pair of gold pin Mullards:D saved me a small fortune that at the moment I just don't have:carrot:

Best advice is to just keep bumping your wanted thread up as not everyone is on as often as us, someone will no doubt be sitting on a box full.

Thanks didnt have to be Mullard but I guess they are nice! In fact I would like to try a warm and a clean type. I just bought the cheapest OK ones i could find when I bought the amp which I think were Electro Harmonix gold pins. Seems a shame to not give the amp a chance to really shine.
