I thawed out a mystery curry, which turned out to be chicken! Had it with some sticky rice (because I cooked it too long) Cheers Al

I was the same but forced the issue on myself. It made a big difference, and now I never eat past 6pm, unless I am running a little late. Porridge is the best brekkie.. well my version is. made with double cream, brown sugar and fruit ... called farmers luxury porridge

Don't eat breakfast either.

Cooked meals maybe three times a week. Plenty of fruit. Addicted to cheese and like eggs, poultry and fish. No red meat (apart from bangers and a bit of corned beef occasionally).

I eat a sarnie at lunchtime and have something about 5.30pm.
