I saw my surgeon two months ago and was told I needed two spinal operations letter came today the c5 disc fusion is ok so no neck operation and my l3 is damaged but does not need a cage yet .
The bad news is I am having caudal epidural and l4/l5 facet injections.A lot of people have this under a general but I am going to be awake as I have to tell them what the feeling is like had three set`s of facet injections in the past and the pain is like having a tooth pulled with no pain relief so fingers crossed that this may help my back still will not be able to work as I have allready had three major operations but hopefully I will be a bit more active and get off the poxy crutches with a bit of luck.

indeed. Good luck with it Gerald. I use crutches myself, and sticks in house .. no fun at all mate. Here's hoping :)

I have suffered with back problems for a long time (mainly due to overuse /abuse of my back with farm work) so I know how debilitating it can be !!
