Tried yesterday with the same result - couldn't connect to the site so gave up.

Apparently according to their Facebook account they have been experiencing technical problems.

No problems here Steve . Came up immediately and I tried uploading a few photos and it seems to be working perfectly .

I quit PB a couple of years ago and find PostImage much quicker and more reliable :

Slow, very slow here also. TBH always found Photobucket to be quite slow.

It has been very poor for at least 6 months. Too many ads. Trying to drive everyone to the pay service which seems to be a dollar a month. A dollar a year and I might consider it.

I pay for my imageshack account. Its not particularly expensive and is a treat to use by comparison. I really cant afford luxuries like this, ... can i?
Tbh i dont use it much personally but do for the sites benefit more often

It isn't the money, it's the principle. Everything on the internet should be free. If these people want to make money they should get proper jobs.

Photobucket just didn't load off and on yesterday. Today I can't get it at all.

I use TinyPic for image hosting. The ads are annoying, but it always works, you don't need to sign up and it's free.

Normally, Photobucket is just fine, although a bit slow. Problem is, it appears to be offline today. There was a message yesterday about being hacked, so I suppose they are working on it.

Been using Photobucket for years but lately got fed up with it not uploading pics properly so have now switched to Imgur and that seems much quicker and much more stable ;)

If anyone uses photobucket to link photos on any Forum I just ignore them because it's full of adverts and no load of spam links too.
