Hello from the Far East

Finally joined as member after been introduced to this site a while back. Great to know all walks of life sharing the passion for music and exchanging knowledge. I listen to almost anything except heavy metal and hardcore/dirty rap. Lately I've been into the 60s and 70s era of Japanese free jazz. On keeping up to the new era, I've wanted to go streaming for some time but the thought of the time and effort to rip each CD simply put me off. So I continue to spin CD with the trusted/amazing Copland CDA 289 with GamuT D3 & D200 MkIII powering the lovely ASI Tango.

That's an interesting choice of equipment. I've heard of ASI speakers, but know nothing about those.

Thanks Geoff. I've love and enjoy the GamuT for a while, it's unfortunate they are so underrated. However, age must have caught up as I'm yearning for a minor touch of warmer sounding. Lately, I've been dreaming of Nagra and occasionally Vitus. Oh my...!
