View Full Version : [FS] A&R Cambridge A60, built by John Dawson himself...

Time for another clearout of less used kit. This A60 is one of the early ones and was built, checked and approved by John Dawson himself. It's in good working order, sounds lovely, hasn't had much use. Doubtless it would benefit from a general service but the only boo I can detect is that the switched input on one of the loudspeaker outputs is non-functional. This is because a piece of metal that rests against the positive terminal of the plug has sheared off through age (see pic)

Rare item, I suppose, so shall we say £95? Bit or a bargain for something so musical. Very happy to demonstrate to visitors, UK UPS shipping will be about £12.

Apologies for any confusion, the amp is working well (just been listening to CD via the Tuner input) via both the headphone outputs and the Direct loudspeaker outputs. It's only the switched LH DIN output that's non-functional.

Back up for sale. £70 plus postage. Please note phono stage was working brilliantly but is now non-functional.

Bargain at that price. Pretty sure there's nothing too seriously wrong with the phono stage. Would bring it with me on Thursday for you to have a look at but it's over in Canvey Island at the mo. Will need to be sent from there.
