I've always suspected that we influence reality simply by observing it.

There is that thing with light particles going through the slits which change their behaviour when observed. I think Fred Hoyle demonstrated that light particles from a distant star that had to bend around a pulsar or something on their way to Earth only decided which side of the pulsar they had bent around when he observed them, even though that had happened several million years previously.

I may not have that completely right but that's the gist of it.

Its a very interesting theory, and may actually be more in it than we like to think initially. Shall I say, it kind of answers a few absurdities in life

Biology implies organic. I'm inclined to think anything organic exists purely by chance and only fleetingly in universal terms and probably only ever having arisen on earth. There's bugger all organic within the Sun as it fuses Hydrogen into Helium at massive temperatures. Nor on all the frozen, sterile planets in the solar system or anywhere else.

Its the other way round is whats being implied. The universe is only here because of our existence and conciseness... I will be reading more about it as Ive bought the book lol

I've always thought that the Universe only exists in the imagination of man/woman. Only the human mind is capable of thinking about the Universe as a idea of something, which is totally beyond complete understanding. No other species on Earth sees what we see in the way we see it. If there is intelligent life in the cosmos then it will be like ourselves, merely because of the chemical make-up of the Universe. We, the human, must be at the very pinnacle of what is possible.
The size of the universe is only an idea. Perhaps what we see from Earth is an illusion and time itself is irrelevant. When man finally travels beyond the solar system, as he must, it will either be eternity or just a trip to another version of what we know.
