Verbatim CD-R's

I recently bought a 50 pack of Verbatim #43309 cd-r's from an online vendor. They were the printable variety, but when it came to print on them I was very disappointed. The discs had a pink hue to them.

I emailed the vendor who said they could do nothing about it, but suggested I contact the manufacturer. So I did, and I have to say that Verbatim having been nothing short of brilliant. Following a short conversation by email I received 2 x 50 packs of #43438's, they look identical to me. These have been fine.

I feel that good service isn't the norm these days so it's worth acknowledging it when you get it. Top service.

By the way, the discs have never let me down in regards to burning to either.

I always use Verbatim media - printable DVDr and 'normal' CDr. I have found them to be excellent. It's great to see that when things don't look so good, they back up their warranty promise so efficiently. Excellent!

I forgot to say that the funny thing was that the original online vendor got my order wrong and sent me DVD-R's. They said I could keep them and despatched the correct order.
