These look interesting if not a little quirky but they have been reviewed by Michael Fremer and appear to do something with the aural presentation of your cartridge....hey man are these really able to achieve something worthwhile. I would love to try one!:)

Sounds like a lot of 'foo' to me, but I should add that I haven't tried them. The manufacturer's claim they weigh ".001g". Really? - that's 1mg, or the effective mass of a typical stylus. They look a lot heavier than that to me.

Think Michael was smoking too much pot

Foo does spring to mind as soon as you start reading about it but they are a curious device which I think would be interesting to investigate? Just when you think everything has been invented surrounding phono cartridges someone comes up with something new.

It would be very interesting to hear one of these little transducers and to what effect they have, after all in the cartridge world as we all know minuscule changes to a cartridge can have a dramatic effect.

I am keeping an open mind but for now a closed wallet.:)

I wouldn't entertain that for one moment. There's no reason why it should do anything, apart from adding a little mass at the heashell. I'd sooner spend the $199 on a bottle of top quality Snake Oil!
