Wanted - Apple TV3 second edition

Hi folks, I'm on the hunt for an Apple TV3 second edition, these have the model number A1469.

Obviously if someone has a TV4 then I'd be interested but I don't really need the gadgetry in those so don't want to pay the extra which a seller would probably & rightfully want.

I have TV3 first version A1427, if that's any good

Ive 2 version 3,s. Dunno if they are first or second though doesnt say on them. Good bits of kit, and pretty quick

Thanks for the replies guys.
Forgive my ignorance but I thought only the version 2 enabled AirPlay mirroring with an iPad. Could be completely wrong though.
If any of your models do this then please let me know & how much you're looking for.

both of mine do Richard. Think your getting mixed up... You need apple tv 2 upwards for mirroring . So 2 , 3 or 4 will do it.. Plenty 3s on ebay etc. Should have a silver remote.

I might add mirroring is better done with an iphone as its 16:9. Unless your ipad is too or you get a border around it

Thanks for that Grant. I definitely want at least the TV3. If you have the box it would say the model No. on it. I'd prefer to avoid Ebay cos of all the bull$#1t. I know I can trust a AoS'er:)

From the Apple TV Home screen, choose Settings > General > About and check the Model.

One downstairs says A1469 running 7.2.1 software..1080 p hd res..... Price varies. This one i got on aos. The one upstairs on ebay. Think it was £40. Not bad for what it does
