I could probably make you one from sheet plastic card if I have the exact dimensions. I have done it in the past for myself and while not pretty works. One of the benefits of building models both from kits and from scratch.

Ah!... luckily there's a 'technical drawing' type diagram in the instructions with dimensions on it! :)
