Earth lead missing

When I had my deck the guy I bought it off fitted a phono block on the back to us different leads .
So any ideas how to run a earth lead to my phono stage .
The deck has a early external time step power supply.

Presumably the metalwork of the arm is already connected to the metalwork of the deck, so all you need is a lead from the deck chassis to connect to your phonostage.
