Moth rcm conversion kit

Hi has anyone converted a mk1 to a mk 2 machine with the reverse function is so what bits needed changing and aye idea on the cost of the conversation kit tried ringing in dealers and had no luck . I have ever mailed moth but no reply yet .

No, but the reversing function is built into the geared turntable motor - three wires; common + two direction - , so you would need a new motor and a three-way switch to give you the direction control. The switches are sold by RS-online (about £7 each) but the motor would have to come from Moth. I have spoken to Moth on the phone so it is worth ringing them...
