It was about the history of recorded music. Pretty good. Followed by a show about independant record shops.

Yes, Sound Breaking. Keep an eye out, they'll probabaly run it again.

May end up on dvd Jo. Think its an 8hr show overall, and going to be on pbs in America in Nov.so it will maybe be around then

Its available on skygo too, although i can only use my phone presently til next month

Also i believe virgin media and probably others who use it, like now tv etc

Watched ep 1.. Some interesting stuff there, and good footage of Elvis, The Beatles and Johnny Cash with Rick Rubin, who revived his career. Phil Spector and his infamous Wall of Sound and of course George Martin,s genius ... Well worth finding.
