I guess something like that might be achieved using directional hydraulic dampers in the suspension. Lot of faffing about though.

Since there is no way to isolate the arm and cartridge from airborne vibrations I don't see the point in isolating the deck from them. If you are that wealthy build a separate room and put the deck in there, speakers in another room. Wold be much more effective and you get an extra room on your house in the price. Then again there are those who have tried this and reckon it kills the sound a bit not having the airborne feedback.
