Ok....deep breath.
I have for sale an SJS 300B Model 5 SE power amplifier.
As new.
Real walnut wood chassis.
Black anodized top/bottom/rear aluminium plate work.
Custom transformers.
Black Gates, etc.
Original custom flight case.
Supra power lead.
Virtually new Gold Lion PX300B power valves.
Likewise, Nos Jan 6SN7GT signal valves.
Dimensions -
Width - 45 cm
Depth - 40 cm
Height - 31 cm
Weight - satisfyingly heavy
This sounds gorgeous, perfectly matched with my SJS Arcadia preamplifier.
Beautiful midrange, sweet highs, and luvly bass. A really excellent open sound and luvly tone. Even in my compromised listenign room.
With the Audio note Dac and Snells, it is by far the best system i have had here. And of course the heart is the SJS 300B.
Beautifully put together inside and out by Simon, SJS, whose workmanship is impeccable.
Selling, because a trip to Disney World, Florida, is costing more than i thought, so everything has to go. :(
I am lucky enough to have owned some wonderful gear over the last ew years. Snell AIII, Hovland HP100, etc.
All of which had to go when priorities soon changed.
It is a reflection of my lunacy :nuts:, rather than this wonderful amplifier, and other things i am selling and have sold.
Thsi is collection only from Grantham, Lincs.
Price reduced to £3500 for quick sale.
A very good price imho.
(My SJS Arcadia 1.5 preamp is also for sale on these forums).
Apologies for the poor photos (some of the photos taken at odd angles have a Salvadore Dali affect. Everything is in fact nice and straight!)
