I want to give one of these things ago, I have no idea how to use or set one up though so if anyone's getting rid could you also provide help on how to use it.

I have one sitting doing nothing. It's a Pi2 B (I think, need to check) with IQAudio PiDAC+, smoked case, official Pi power supply and I'm sure it still has a memory card with either Moode or PiCorePlayer fitted. I've probably even still got the boxes for most of it, let me check when I get home tonight and I can send you a picture of it all. How does £65 delivered sound?

Would you be willing to sell separately? I already have a good DAC.

rather not take it all to bits. What dac are you going to use with it?

Hi Alex.

Plenty of help on the Pi thread. Just ask away :)

Once it's set up it's really easy to use. I'd also recommend using MOODE as Tim (who writes the software) is an active member here and he's great with any problems. We all have a wealth of experience with the Pi / IQAudio setup so, again ask away :)

I have a Young M2Tech with upgraded power supply.

Might be an idea to run it initially on the internal dac alex. It makes inital running a fair bit easier to get going. You can then once up to speed, try the young. Its a steep but short learning curve that some get quick, and others dont. The iq dac is very good.
