I haven't seen this anywhere so I'll ask. Will plugging an external power supply into a power conditioner give any benefit to the deck's playback :scratch:. I've taken the stock transformer out of my SL-1200MK2 and turned it into an external power supply. I also have a PowerVar 3.0 power conditioner that currently has no outlet in it. Before I wire in an outlet and replacing it's damaged power cord, I'd like any thoughts on whether this would "take the power supply up a notch" or do nothing at all.
