Hi all I'm excited to be part of this group, hope to learn lots and make new acquaintances. For those interested my system consists of a linn Klimax lp12, Linn accurate dsm and atc scm 40 active speakers.

Hello Wayne. Welcome to AOS.

Your thumbnail picture was upside down, so I've flipped it and enlarged it for you. Nice system by the way.

Tell us what music you like and what plans you may have for your Hi-Fi.

Enjoy the forum,
Geoff.

Hi Wayne, welcome to the forum. How do you find the active ATC speakers? Seem to divide opinion but I quite like what they do.

Hi Macca, Absolutely love them for the money they are giant killers, prior i had linn Active Akubariks at twice the cost and the atc's are considerably better in my opinion. Had them for a few years now and am seriously considering going for a pair of scm 50's active towers.

Don't blame you - I'd love a set of the active 100 but out of my price range even second-hand.

Hi Grant, yes at first i wasn't to sure about the look of them with the grills but now i actually really like the retro vibe they have. the fact that their performance is amazing and you don't need to muck about with cables and amps makes them well priced.
cheers wayne
