Looks a bit difficult to me. I'd borrow a forklift. :)

Seriously, that's an absurd weight to be lifting. I used to think Bill Kazmaier was amazing on deadlifts. But he couldn't have done that.

So many weight lifters damage themselves or die young, you wonder if it's worth it.

I could lift getting on for half that when I was younger, but I'm half his size.

Absolutely on all counts. Having such muscle and bulk is very detrimental to one's health, and the strain nearly knocked him out. An amazing lift though, I am shocked tbh... 1/2 a metric ton is phenomenal
