I bought an Acoustic Research dock for my iPad so the wife can use it for her catch up listening, and it said the first time the iPad was docked, it would ask if I wanted to go to the Apple App Store to download the app, which it did, however, it took me to customer support, and not where it should've done.
Since then I can't get it do it again, and despite typing it's brand, model etc, I cannot get it to select the app I need, which is the Acoustic Research Dock Plus.
Edit*. It was saying that I could only get the app from the American Apple site, went on it, still no joy!
