Hi.
My partner's blog is starting to really take off but would love to reach more people.
Her first book is now available and is called 'Real Food' 7-day menu for just £50 a week'.
There are also plenty of great traditional recipes and also natural remedies as well as what 'actually' goes in to our food (and wine!).
Visit http://www.ladychoppington.co.uk
Please forward the link to as many people as you can. In this day and age we could all do with some help and we deserve to know what's what with the food we eat.
Many thanks
Jo :)

I like it, some good advice.
The design looks good although when reading on chrome browser on Android on a HTC phone the social media toolbar covers some of the text which is annoying.
The content is good though and that is the most important part :)
phone screen grab showing the toolbar.

Looks much better on a proper computer rather the phone.

Hey Mark.
Thanks for that, I'll see what can be done.
Jo :)
Best plan is to use a phone, for what a phone should be used for, and a computer for what a computer should be used for - and never the two shall meet! :ner:

I know :ner:
Although more people browse the internet on a phone than a desktop or laptop these days which is how I noticed the social media tool bar thing while browsing on my phone :)
It's not easy making websites look good on all devices unfortunately.

The bar is now slightly thinner but it might be best to move it to the top when it changes to that resolution.
Thanks, Mark for letting me know. Glad you guys like it. :)

Latest post now up.
"Beware of burnt bangers on the barbecue!
Did you know that burnt bits on food are carcinogenic? Whether that’s barbecued food or otherwise. Barbecued foods in-particular are a very common way to ingest this material, which is seriously bad for your health."

i did... so is sugar and transfats etc.. some say thats why the consuming of fast foods etc is killing us all. Rarely take sodas or red meat. dont have a fat frier etc. dont go to McDonalds etc(very often). No doubt Ive missed something, but sinse I did all these things i aided my digestive tract problems, if not solved them.
You are what you eat, so keep these blogs coming :)
