Hi All,

Can somebody have a look at this transformer and advise if its ok to make a BT for a 220v valve pre amp (Yaqin MS12B-with most of the china parts replaced including the power resistor).

If not the spec for one and where to get it. So much info on the forums and web its confusion to say the least. I know a few of you have done this so hopefully ill get the right one.

Thanks, looks like a good site...
The supply into my house seems a pretty constant 240v.... So will that tranny be okay for the job in hand ?
Cheers
Karl

Thanks Barry... that's the site I used. Managed to get a nice 200VA 240-24v transformer for £32 all wired up and running. Ill post a diagram for other peeps to help try and reduce some of the confusion. and a picture or two...

Cheers Karl
