Soon, I want to get some good quality ear defenders. The type that look like headphones.
Must be of good quality, and also needs to be very well damped.
Any good/decent ones for under £50?

Peltor Optime III.
I use them in close proximity to large jet engines.
Jees, does your system sound that bad?

Used to use Peltors myself, sometimes with buds inside. Comfey and strong
Just like your undies? :eyebrows:

What are they for? Industrial noise, the Peltors are pretty good.
If it's for an audio environment like working as a sound engineer, then ACS do a good line in attenuating ear plugs which are designed to attenuate without effecting the frequency response you hear too much (as best as they can anyway).

Yes, mostly for industrial noise.
I'm also planning on wearing them whilst I'm out as well. But not always, only sometimes.
I do also slightly suffer from misophonia.

There are certain sounds, or rather effects that I cannot stand. Anything played through a 'vocoder' or Talk Box being one of them.
