Too many headphones at Jerry Mansions - it's been a bit of a passion of mine recently! :)

Excellent condition, excellent working order.

Yamaha HP-500 orthodynamic headphones.

Not much info around about these - 1970s I guess?
I prefer them with a bit of a treble lift, but then I am known to like a somewhat forward sound.

thankyou for the pics.....a decade ago I had a Yamaha cr1020 receiver.
a thing of beauty with many faults, hence my getting rid for a pittance.
the one thing that's stands out after so long was a blanking cap covering the headphone sockets.

a little piece of plastic emblazoned with the logo..."RESERVED FOR YAMAHA ORTHODYNAMIC HEADPHONES"!!!
