WANTED: RCA to BNC Digital Coaxial Cable

I'm looking for a digital coaxial cable with BNC on one end and RCA at the other, as short as possible, well shielded, and as far as this is possible, true 75 Ohm.

I have BNC adapters and various RCA Coaxial cables but don't want to use the adapter.
