This topic comes up regularly I know, but does anyone provide a record flattening service using the Furutech? Don't really fancy using the sheets of glass and record sandwich method.

Did MCRU use to offer this service?

I'm guessing it is some rare LP you want to flatten, otherwise might be cheaper just to buy another copy.

A Rega glass platter could come in handy. Nice and heavy!

It works.

For a while maybe, but in my experience the warp will return with time, albeit to a lesser extent.
