Hmm. I'm giving this some thought.
I'll admit that my reasons for considering this are partially frivolous. I currently use a stable platter Pioneer, because I like the stable platter (and it sounds good). But, this is a top-loader and with a door that looks like a spaceship! This is as fun as a stable platter! I like the fun element...

I had a Pioneer 802 for a long time, and now you come to mention it, the Apollo does have a similar musicality to its presentation.
