Love of family/friends, my cats, and good health have to be Nos 1 & 2. The former for obvious reasons. And as they say, your health is your wealth! All the money in the world is fook all use if you're too ill to spend it!! ;)
For me, 3) would be happiness/fulfilment/contentment, as so many folk are unhappy/disenchanted with their 'lot' in life, and despite being financially well off, are still as miserable as sin!
4) Having a stress-free life and the time to do WHAT you want, when you want (indulging your passions and enjoying your love of music or whatever), with no-one standing over you telling you what to do or making demands, and largely being in control of your own destiny.
5) Financial security, largely enabling you to stick two fingers up to and divorce yourself from government control, or having your life manipulated by 'Big Brother'/the establishment.
Everything else, in comparison, pales into insignificance!

Unfortunately, maddeningly, shamefully, unjustly... etc... MONEY turns out to be all that really matters other than health:( All the other things on peoples lists tend to be unattainable or will soon fade away without money.... even love and friendship. I know;)

I'd say, in no particular order
Physical health
Mental health
Friends
Family
Fresh air
If I have to lay off the cheesy stuff and concentrate on things, I'd say
House
Books
Music
Hifi
Laptop
I could manage without all bar the house and books if necessary, though I guess the laptop could provide ebooks and music at a pinch.
All the other things on peoples lists tend to be unattainable or will soon fade away without money.... even love and friendship. I know;)
Lol... Nah, I've attained everything on the list I posted and have some great (close) friends and a loving wife and family, whom my dad aside, should hopefully be here for as long as I am! :)

That's the best combo.
Low fat diets make people depressed as they reduce serotonin output.
Too much fat for me tbh... 80/20 is more me. Enough for flavour.

That's where the flavour is! And it's all cut super-thin (as in not much thicker than a sheet of paper).
Along with the salad Nicoise (lettuce, tuna fish, anchovies, slices of hard-boiled eggs, french beans, baby new potatoes, croutons and red peppers, dressed with extra-virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar) it's pretty healthy stuff :)

Only Kiddin' mate, i don't eat dat shyte anymore, took too long getting the weight off.. Not done Junk food or Booze for quite some time now.
Lol - no worries... You like what you like. Nothing wrong with some junk food now and then. The key is moderation :)

Just been tucking in to some local (Cadíz, Andalucia) seafood (mussels in a light tomato sauce), followed by a rib-eye steak, cooked to perfection at the table, with roasted vegetables. All washed down with a bottle (yes, a whole bottle - it was that good) of 2014 Cortilo de Jara; a local wine of Tempranelo, Syrah and Merlot grape. (15.5% ABV)
Love salade nicoise, but find a lot of salami too fatty for my taste.

Yes, salad Nicoise is a favourite of ours, especially in the summer, or if we're in Paris, as it's something the cafes there do exceptionally well.

Sounds wonderful, you lucky bugger! We fully intend to 'do Spain properly' one year soon, and tour around the area of Andalusia, way off the beaten track, and sample the real Spain, in the same way we've done in France and Italy.
The wine sounds great... Perhaps that'll wean you off the claret a little? :eyebrows:;)
