Hi
Would help to diagnose this, if you could say if the noise is mechanical
ie a part that is moving within or on the headphone itself as you move.
Or is it electrical ie amplified via the connection to your equipment occurring
when cable is moved listening to music.

Cheers / Chris

Hi Chris, it seems as though it's coming via the the cable,if the cable rubs against something I can hear/feel through the headset, quite annoying!!

I get that with my IEMs too, I think it's the shielding on the cable, or lack of 😉

It looks like the cable is hard wired so can't try a different cable:(

I have a pair and it does the same, I reckon the cable is microphonic.

Sounds like mechanical transmission of noise from the cable. My Superluxes are quite bad for this, Senns are far better.

Might be an idea to try a cloth braiding over the cable?

James,
Have a look at HiFi Collective-sleeving.
Might be worth a try...
