Forte Audio model 2 class A Nelson Pass pre-amplifier with built in phonostage..in very good condition...great pre and the phonostage is exceptional..upgraditis means I have to sell...the phonostage is set to low output moving coil at the moment...but has 2 sets of dip swithces internally to set the stage for most carts..£275.00 inc postage cheerz...Al...

Bargain alert!! This is a really seriously good pre-amp from the Nelson Pass stable.

(should have kept mine :))

Thanks Geoff...It was a hard decision to sell it as the phono stage is that good.....I'm using the Musical Fidelity A3 as the front end to my newly aquired Denon POA 4400A monoblocs..yeah I finally managed to get hold of a pair from vinyljunky (Steve)..of this parish...That lucky chap has just got a wonderful Krell integrated....

That didn't take long!

I hope whoever bought it tells us how they get on with it. Compared to most pre-amps, the sound of the Model 2 comes as a bit of a revelation. It's that good.

It sold over on the Wam...looking at his gear...Snell K's and Net Quad 405-2's..the forte will be magical with them...
