THESE LOVELY SPEAKERS NEED A HOME --- OPEN TO SENSIBLE OFFERS --- I'M SORRY BUT I WONT SELL THE STANDS SEPARATELY (AS I CAN USE THEM ELSEWHERE) BUT WILL SELL THEM WITH THE SPEAKERS IF THAT IS A PRE REQUISITE OF THE BUYER
I think offers over £140 atleast ?
With the original Manual and Test Certificate --- these left the factory on 24/4/1979 are consecutively numbered 104239 & 104240.
They are also obviously in the rarer black finish and are in v good condition, the tweeter surround are nicely burnished but would probably come up shiny if desired although I like them as they are. The covers are immaculate as far as I can see --- the cabinets are also in top condition, the speakers have had one owner besides myself from new, an elderly couple (now) who played classical music and radio 4 at low volumes ---- I don't think there can be many better examples of these speakers about.
The speakers share the tweeter and super tweeter with the Spendor BC1
