Just wondering if there are aluminium versions available.

Din 546 seems to be the standard, but not finding much without a minimum order of 100 to 10,000 pieces.

What's the reason to use aluminium , easy to strip the thread if over tightened .

I would rather strip the thread than damage the cartridge.
There is now way that they should be done up tight enough to strip a thread.

Some stainless is also magnetic, which I would not think was ideal next to a cartridge.

permeability for standard austenitic stainless steels is between 1.05 – 1.1 , no way to damage your cartridge

There is no benefit in having cartridge mounting bolts extremely tightly done up. Firmly secured is all that is needed. I've seen the damage that overtightening can cause. I actually use nylon bolts most of the time, they work just fine.

I once bought a used deck once with the cartridge bolts so tightly done up the washers were sunk into the Nagaoka 'MP11' body i could not get them back out, was an unbelievable sight.
