Tannoys have been deemed too ugly and old fashioned so are available to swap or sell ------ i've asked for ideas on prices and £550 seems to be at the lower end of the spectrum and about right ?.... cabinets are decent enough and driver surround not perfect but fine ( I only have one poor quality photo as attached -- will add more in a day or so) .... the speakers are now with a mate just so he can try them (he's not going to buy them but just wanted to hear tannoys) so can add proper photos and collection/posting is possible from Wednesday pm
I had to sell my much loved H2s --- decided to go stand-mount for a complete change, so if you have interesting speakers of equivalent value (or less -- I can't add cash at this stage, but can accept some!) please let me know ---- have to be mildly WAF but more importantly 89db sensitivity or higher or very easy to drive single driver perhaps as will be using an overspec'd T amp circa 15 watts... I have some stands I can use but will look at others if offered ..... will need to be able to courier to me unless relatively close for collection
