Putting together a system for my neice so looking for cheap amp with phono stage and speakers. Overall budget is £130.

E.g. Nytech CA252, Pioneer A300/400, Castle speakers.

To keep costs down I would like to collect, so only interested in North West or places between Cheshire and Wiltshire (my weekly commute).

PM if you have anything suitable please

You won't get much cheaper and better than a Pulse SRA-160USB even includes a remote and an AM/FM tuner and costs about £90 delivered from Farnell UK.

I have one in my main system and they're brilliant, phono stage is a MM/MC type and is a wee bit noisy if close to other electronics but it's fine.

I've nothing to do with Pulse or Farnell I'm just a happy customer.

BTW, Alan Shaw of Harbeth speakers fame recommends these amps along with a more expensive Pioneer @£170 for using with his speakers.

Interesting with the pre out sockets.

Could be used as a cheap remote control pre amp, I presume it has a digitally controlled volume chip.
Perhaps a PGA2311 or similar, any chance of someone having a look.

Happy days
