This is the only Black lid TQ Claymore ever made by me, it was used as my reference amp. It comes with two remote controls, and a test CE cert.
All circuit diagrams will also be added into the package.
This amp was used on occasion by me in my home back in the days of my beloved Somerset life.

Yes Grant a superb amp, you'll need to try and hear mine sometime. Jerry will be along to add to the comments as he's heard my one before I bought it and for Electronic or Rock music it's brilliant, in fact vocals and acoustic are ace too.

Ye,
Sorry Colin...Quads, they have protection circuits fitted. Looking for a top notch SS partner for them-thought the Claymore might fit the bill!!

HiFi Pig have reviewed this model (twice), I have one and I paid a good bit more than what Colin is selling his one for and he's offering two remotes.

The phono stage in it is superb as well if you play records.

Has MC and MM phono input, USB DAC, 3.5mm input, 2 other RCA inputs, tape out, pre out, headphone output, so it's really well specified.

Jandl100 and Dkdavid really rated them when they had a listen to one before I bought mine, I trusted their opinion and I'm glad I did.

I listen to Electronic, Rock, Acoustic and Vocal material, not tried it with anything else, but can certainly recommend it for those styles.

Statics are a queer kettle of fish impedance wise...will wait for Colin to give a ye or naye.( he is one of only a few chaps in the industry who I would trust implicitly-a hi fi guy through and through!!)

And the first one ever made was in Scotland in Inverness 1980, the old style.
