Hi Guys
Does anyone have access to the London Electoral register ? I am trying to track down an E-bay (possible/likely fraudulent) seller. I have all his details bar the number of his house. I want to try writing to him before I set the police on him.
As usual E-Bay are no help....call the police is there advice.
