Musical Fidelity Nu-Vista 300....Lovely!

Had an interesting afternoon today listening to a chaps Nu-Vista 300 poweramp. I think he also had the matching pre, along with it's separate psu.

The build quality was excellent, and aesthetics looked absolute quality to the eye!

Sounded really good. Plenty of grip, control and enough finesse. Very transparent as well.

Sadly, I can't remember what the rest of the system was. But I didn't really care much anyway...Because it sounded good.

I had a try with the NuVista pre-amp back in the day but didn't get on with it. Maybe it works well with other NuVista gear?
I recall being blown away by a NuVista 3D CDP, but was too expensive for me at the time.
