WTD: rubber grommets for Marantz CDP

I am trying to install a new laser
mech in Marantz CD6000. (VAM 1202)

In the process three of the rubber grommets that secure it to the rest of the mech have split a bit, and I wondered if any of you might either have a set going spare, or know where I could get some in the UK?

Never seen anything like those before. Do you need to use the exact thing or can you be a bit creative with some other rubber support/gromit?

I could maybe glue the old ones together a bit, but before improvising I thought it worth asking around!
