After purchasing a Firebottle AIR, I was plagued by an intermittent hum from the transformer. After a bit of remote diagnostics, Alan kindly made me a DC blocker and sent it down to me. Ever since my AIR has been completely silent. Superb service from a genuine enthusiast. Now if only he could make a different type of DC blocker (Developing Child) my listening sessions would be uninterrupted again.
