View Full Version : Wanted Pionner PD91 OR PD93

First I would like to thank all who advised and pointed me in the right direction in my quest to return to Hi-Fi now got the amp, deck and tuner so next stage is a cd player and I know it might be a long shot but if anyone has either a Pioneer PD91 or PD 93 they wish to sell then please let me know.

I have a pair of PD8500s, "Reference Compact Disc Player" . One is in excellent condition and works fine. The other has a few marks and skips occasionally. I think the sled sticks but I've never been able to cure it. It would be good for spares. I have the remotes for both and they both work fine though one is in better cosmetic nick than the other. 140 quid would buy the pair. Unfortunately I'm near Blackburn in Lancashire but maybe something could be arranged.

Holland, Yes I know I am mad but could not wait but it was a good day out.
It was owned by a chap that had worked for pioneer and bought it in 1992 new with a big discount and had looked after it.
Took a while to trawl the net but worth it.
