Been waiting all day to pick up the above beauty:D:D:D :eek: Came up local for a price i cant really say :eyebrows: well shes here and will be giving here a run tomorrow appear to have a Stanton 681 EEE cartridge cannot wait to set this up..it was too good to miss i was at work and got a call from my mum saying one had come up local....so i rushed home messaged the seller husband had passed away but i had to wait all day to collect and just pick it up till 8 tonight....:cool::cool::cool:

When playing, take the lid off or massive feedback will ensue. The 120 is one of those decks where all too easily, you could 'play tunes' on the plinth along with he music. Not such an issue now, but you may need to do a bit of isolation work for it to give of its best :)

With the SME, may I suggest removing the brush on the 681EEE stylus assembly as it really isn't needed. Re balance the arm, set the way-rod for a 5g mass cartridge and set tracking weight to 1.2g with bias at 1g on this arm, which seems to be where the EEE is happiest, from memory. Hopefully, that tracking cleaner thingy can be prised away without taking the deck-plate paint with it - all these brushes can add undue noise.
