AR XA motors

Does anyone on this Forum have any information on Acoustic Research XA turntable motors ?
I am restoring an XA and the motor doesn't function.

Replacement motors ( from the USA ) are expensive...

I'm in the process of changing my AR The turntable motor. (UK spec to USA/CAN spec), don't know if to will fit yours. might be a few weeks though. If it does then an amount to cover postage should be fine.

Works fine as it's been in the loft for years. Please send me a pm if you're interested and I'll send you some photos.
