I'm looking for a Roksan (kd-1) Kandy III CD Player in good working order. Especially, one that reads discs fairly quickly etc.

Cosmetic condition in decent nick please. It doesn't necessarily have to be too immaculate! Most importantly the functionality must be 100% spot on.

Silver would be preferable, to match my Kandy KA-1 III integrated. But still happy to accept black.

The CD Player. Must also come with the original Roksan box, packaging, remote & power cord. The manual isn't too important.

I don't mind paying for the postage cost. Or, I can arrange my own courier.

Seller is welcome to come over. Happy to pay for the fuel journey.

That is a tad pricey for an old KC-1 IMO.

yeah...they do hold their price well...The KC 1 imho..is one of the better players from Roksan..in that price bracket..If you are prepared to wait though...a less expensive example may turn up.

Have you also listened to the KD-1 MKIII model?

Only in a shop...with some rather expensive high end amplification and high end speakers..and it was exceptional...I've had the KC-1 here..through my meagre system..and it was sweet...however I didn't buy it and settled on a Musical Fidelity A3.5..(only because I got it at a fantastic price)...incidentally...I was also using a Roksan L-lll integrated at the time....

Would also consider the earlier KC-1 model.

The one in the link has sold. If only it came with a remote!!
